Opening Night Tree Lighting
Held on the lawn of the St. James Presbyterian Church within Sherbrooke Village, the opening night tree lighting officially kicks off the annual Old Fashioned Christmas celebrations. Following the tree lighting, the candlelight procession leaves from this area to go to the Performance Centre. There, enjoy musical entertainment provided by the Kidd Brothers, fireworks and a visit from the jolly man himself, Santa Claus!
Over 65,000 Lights!
A spectacular 65,000 lights illuminate the Village each evening from 6 pm to 10 pm from Opening Night to January 6th.
